Your challenge this week is to create a home workout routine using resources from around the home to use whilst exercising. Look at the example workout plans that we have included – your task is to plan your workout, drawing diagrams to explain how each movement works, and then incorporate household items to help build strength! E.g. Tins from the kitchen cupboards make great hand weights! Towels made great yoga mats. The stairs can be used as a ‘step’.


Once you’ve created your workout, can you get your family members to give it a go? Even better – can you take a video of someone giving it a go and then send to your teacher? We’d love to see them!
